Return Policy

Here at Bluecollarpetclub, we strive to make every product with the upmost of quality, from the design all the way down to the materials. But if you feel that your product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing error, please let us know immediately. We want to hear from you and will do everything possible to rectify this situation. RETURN POLICY 
New, un-used items can be returned to bluecollarpetclub within 7 days of delivery if they have a manufacturing error or are damaged. Please note that because all our personalized items are one of a kind, those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized product. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order please contact our customer service representatives.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved. We do not accept cancellations due to delayed shipping. We do not cover the costs of shipping fees for returns.
